PNK’s export efforts have been recognised by the Engineering Export Promotion Council of India when they first conferred the ‘Certificate of Export Excellence’ for the year 1995-96 on PNK. This was the first time an export award has been presented to an Indian Knife Manufacturer.
Encouraged by this recognition, PNK bagged the EEPC awards for the years, 1996-97 and 1997-98 and completed the hat-trick. Currently, PNK kept up their lead in knife manufacturing technology by exporting nearly 80% of the knives produced by them. PNK’s exports are more than double the combined exports of all other knife manufacturers in India, which speaks volumes of their popularity in the global scenario.
